Hereinafter annexed the main sales conditions to buy a product online. For any question or doubt, refer to: info@motor-point.com.

How can I buy a product?

Once accessing the store, on the right the available product list is displayed.

Select the product to buy:

Buy the product clicking on “BUY” after selecting the quantity.

After pressing “BUY”, a dialogue box will be opened to add the product to the cart.

If more than one product is to be bought, simply repeat the previously mentioned operation.

After adding the last item to be bought, click on “CART” on the menu on the left to access the cart and the order summary.

Then click on “ORDER” and the order summary will be displayed including the personal information fields to be filled and data relating to the shipping: select the payment modes;

Once entered all the information required, click on “SEND ORDER”.

Once the order confirmed, the order confirmation screen will be displayed according to the selected payment mode.

Shipping

Motor Point s.a.s. profits from a shipping agent services: GLS S.p.A. Parcels up to 30 kg are delivered all over Italy in 4 working days (with the exception of 33 small locations), Saturdays and holidays excluded. The shipping accounts for 12 € in Italy. In case of any shipping abroad, get in touch with info@motor-point.com to get more precise information.

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative decree 206/2005)

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, can return the same products or waive the right to provide services and obtain the reimbursement of the price already paid in prepayment place

Operating mode:

To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery of the products or within 14 days after the purchase of the services, by sending a communication via registered letter A.R. at Via Meucci, 13 - 30016, Jesolo Lido (Venezia), containing all the information necessary and useful for a correct processing of the practice of return and refund.

This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:

a. the express wish of the Customer to want to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
b. the number and copy of the document (invoice - transport document) proving the purchase of the order with respect to which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal;
c. the description and the codes of the Products with respect to which the right of withdrawal is exercised. The re-credit, including shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the communication by registered letter A.R. above mentioned.

In seguito al ricevimento della comunicazione con la quale il Cliente comunichi la propria volontà di esercitare il diritto di recesso, il Venditore, verificata la corrispondenza ai requisiti sopra indicati, concorderà, anche via e-mail, con il Cliente le modalità con le quali effettuare la restituzione dei prodotti tramite la fornitura di beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati;

The jurisdiction in the event of disputes:

This contract is regulated by the Italian law. In the case of consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will be competent, if located in Italy. For any other controversy, the Court of Venice will have jurisdiction
