It comes complete with a high-efficiency air filter and intake trumpets, designed to optimize engine filling.
The front air intake of the airbox is properly sized and allows optimal intake of fresh air, significantly increasing performance.
The filtration of particles larger than 10µm (10 thousandths of a millimeter) has been evaluated as the best compromise between airflow and air cleanliness.
The 10µm value allows filtering of impurities produced by the front brakes, typically ranging between 15 and 30µm, which are known to be highly aggressive to the internal components of the engine.
The new reed barrier, located in the lower part of the filter, has been introduced to modify airflow and reduce turbulence in the intake chamber.
The intake trumpets have also been redesigned, featuring an improved and more efficient venturi section.
For use in rainy conditions, even heavy rain, a quick-release rain cover has been developed, which still ensures excellent performance.
